חָכְמָה

חָכְמָהf. (b. h.; חָכַם) wisdom, learning, art. Ber.17a תכלית ח׳וכ׳ the perfection of wisdom is repentance and good deeds. Ib. 33a ברכת ח׳ the benediction of wisdom (the fourth of the Prayer of Benedictions). Gen. R. s. 17 חָכְמָתוֹ מרובהוכ׳ his (Adams) wisdom is greater than yours. R.
